My favorite part of my job is getting to capture real love and joy in my photos! I love working with clients of all ages, abilities, backgrounds, and orientations — whether you're celebrating a major life event or just want to document your love, I'd love to work with you!

WHO AM I?

​

Hi there! My name is Thalia (TA-lee-uh), I'm a coffee enthusiast and plant-lover who will be your biggest cheer leader during our session! Aside from photography, I enjoy reading, and also work full time as a corporate trainer. I have always loved the arts and creating things, and spent years in choir and drama. I'm a vegetarian, and chances are you'll catch me picking up some Taco Bell immediately after a shoot.

I'm a Middle-Eastern Canadian, and I'm proud to have a portfolio as diverse as the incredible communities where I work — my pronouns are she/her, and I'm a strong advocate for racial equity and LGBTQ+ rights.

HOW DID I GET INTO PHOTOGRAPHY?

​

While I was in college, I began collecting vintage cameras after finding a Mamiya C220 in excellent condition at a garage sale. The more cameras I collected, the more I wanted to get behind the viewfinder and put them to work. With some encouragement from my now husband, I started shooting with a used Nikon DSLRs and dove in head first, practicing every day, and teaching myself little by little.

Since then, I've had such great opportunities to build my business! I specialize in portraiture and weddings, and have been fortunate enough to photograph performances on Warped Tour, promotional photos for a variety of bands and special events, as well as studio and more!
