EXTRA TIME
I'm happy to be flexible with my clients if more time is needed! If you need more time for your photo shoot, additional hours can absolutely be purchased — prices vary depending on the type of booking and the specific circumstances, and may include an overtime fee if exceeding the designated maximum number of hours. Additional hours will be charged and may be prorated depending on any extra time worked, but I will never charge for extra time without confirming with you first.

HOW MANY PHOTOS
This is a very common question, but also a very tricky one to answer! The truth is, for most session, I'm happy to deliver as many photos as possible; I'll never cut your gallery short if it means taking out photos I think you'd want. That being said, the actual number of photos delivered varies quite a bit! Things like location, lighting, and the number of things going on can greatly affect the size of your gallery. For couple and family sessions, you can generally expect at least 50-75 photos; whereas for weddings and events, you can expect at least 25-50 photos per hour of coverage.

RETOUCHING
I love taking the time to make a shot more perfect! Whether it's removing an unwanted stranger from the background of an intimate moment or making your skin look extra-perfect — but keep in mind, it's a lot of work.
I generally do light retouching as I see necessary, but if there is anything you'd like me to retouch in more detail, please let me know! Depending on the level of difficulty and amount of time required, retouching may be assessed a fee up to $30 per photo.
Please note that I will not retouch photos by other photographers without their expressed permission.

TRAVEL
I do not charge for travel when the event is within approximately 50 miles of the San Jose area. For situations that demand driving outside of the Bay Area, a travel fee of $0.75 per additional mile + a small percentage for time traveled will be assessed. If the location requires more than two hours of travel (one way), the client may also be required to cover the cost of one night at a hotel or lodging in the area.
For weddings or larger projects that require air travel, tickets and accommodations must also be covered by the client. These accommodations will be arranged with the client within reason and will not cover any unnecessary upgrades or luxuries.

OTHER FEES
​
Aside from travel and potential equipment fees, the client will be responsible for additional fees in the event that: (a) there are expenses related to the shoot that must be covered, e.g. parking, park admittance, props or other materials; or (b) if any payments are more than ten days past due.
Bookings made within two weeks of the session date will also be assessed a last-minute booking fee of 15-25% depending on the urgency and type of session.

DEPOSIT
​
A deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The cost of the deposit varies based on the type of booking — generally 25% for weddings and 50% for portraits and events. The deposit is nonrefundable and will be subtracted from the total cost of the session. Refer to your contract and invoice in your booking portal for more details!

EQUIPMENT
​
Standard equipment is included in the price of the package (i.e., camera(s), additional lenses, flashes, etc.). For any on-location shoots, needs for extra equipment, such as auxiliary lighting, backdrops, props, etc. may be accommodated for a small fee. Equipment fees start at $35 and will vary depending on the type of equipment needed.
Please note: when requesting extra equipment, please allow for extra set-up and tear-down time before and after the scheduled shoot.

TURNAROUND
Gallery delivery time varies based on the season, type of session, gallery size, and other factors. In general, you can expect to receive your edited photos in 6-8 week's time after your scheduled photoshoot for portrait sessions and events; and 8-12 weeks for weddings. Clients will be notified beforehand if their photos will take extra time, but I will always do my best to get your photos to you as soon as I can!

DELIVERY
​
High-resolution photos will be delivered via digital gallery to the email address(es) provided by the client(s).​ These galleries can be shared with friends and family, and provide direct options for prints, canvases, albums, and more! Album services may also be purchased for an additional fee if you would like my assistance with organizing the layout!

COMMUNICATION
​
My preferred form of communication is through email. I always do my best to reply within one week of each communication and may also be available for voice or video calls or via text depending on clients' needs. For new inquiries, please use the Contact Page! Post-shoot communication will generally be via email, and may include a photo selection sheet, promotional emails for discounts and print purchases aside from photo delivery.

PAYMENT
​
All payments are due no later than the date of the shoot. Payments can be made in cash, or digitally — Venmo preferred, but PayPal and Cash App are also accepted. If a client decides to make additional purchases after the final payment has already been made, these subsequent payments must be made digitally.
Return customers are offered a discount, so feel free to ask!

PAPERWORK
​
Clients will receive an invoice and a full contract via email when booking. A signed contract and deposit must be received to secure your date. Receipts will be provided upon request after the final payment has been received.

REFUNDS
​
If you are for any reason dissatisfied with the final product, I will do everything possible to correct the situation — however, I do not offer refunds on deposits or for work that has already been completed.

TRANSFERS + RESCHEDULING
​
If a booking must be rescheduled or changed due to circumstances outside of your control, I will always do my best to accommodate you! Transfers and rescheduled sessions are contingent on my availability and are not guaranteed, but I always make every effort to find a solution.
