Rose's daughter-in-law, Eva, was actually my first paid client I ever had! Eva and her husband reached out to me about photographing a surprise birthday party they were planning for Rose's 85th birthday, and I jumped at the opportunity.
Needless to say, Rose was very surprised that all her friends and family - including many who flew in from out-of-state - had come to celebrate her birthday with her. The party was at a country club near San Francisco and was a very classy event!
